1) First and foremost, I’m real. 
Seriously though, I’m a real life, honest to goodness real estate investor. I do this everyday. I have tenants, I have lease option buyers, I have owner financed buyers, I have wholesale buyers. So, I have some of the same challenges you either have daily or will have depending on where you are in your career. I’m not going to tell you I have ALL of the same challenges, because I would be lying. Nor will I tell you I have ALL of the answers. Proof that I’m real, I don’t know what you might run into, but I might have and hopefully I can help you solve a problem.
