3) Free website listings for your properties!!! I will share with you several websites including my own where you can post your properties for sale or rent.
4) I’m accessible. I don’t have a million people on my newsletter list and that means you might even get a response from me if you e-mail me…. meaning this won’t just be a one-way street. Now, I can’t respond to every e-mail, but I do try to get back to you in a timely manner. However, some of my e-mails from folks get dumped into the good ol’ spam folder to, just like yours do.
