However, if you are experienced with Bulk properties, I have a lender that will fund it if the project makes sense. They will do their due diligence on you so be prepared to show you have experience rehabbing multiple properties at a time or can wholesale the properties with a proven buyer’s list.
You should be either a cash buyer or have access to the cash from someone else like a private lender or hard money lender.
These properties are not likely something that someone could just “Move Right In”.
They all likely need some amount of work.
Since I have never seen them, I can’t give you any advice there.
